Maybe if more landlords read this book, more tenants would feel like they and the owner are not intrinsic adversaries. Even though we get along quite well, and have for the last 22 years, I lent my copy to my landlord--for the other tenants' sakes!

Comes with a CD of standard legal forms. Well worth the investment. Great book. Made me not be a Landlord. January 28, 2008 I got this book to figure out if I wanted to be a landlord. After seeing all the things that it involved, I decided at age 66, that this is not what I want to do. Maybe in my earlier years.
