Never received product more than a month later and no response from service department after email inquiry. Do not purchase anything from Royal Video. And Amazon claims no responsibility even though they list it on their site. What's the point?

Great series, extremely realistic. If you are fascinated or enjoy the ins and outs of US politics you will love this series.

What a Show! October 18, 2008
The West Wing is my favorite all time TV drama, and now owning this complete box set is nothing short of fantastic. From the pilot to the final episode, I made sure to watch the original TV show, and then watched the repeats in syndication. I am just starting to review TWW by way of this DVD Collection and enjoying each scene. If only we could have a POTUS like this one portrayed by Martin Sheen, not to mention TV dramas with such impressive writing! I've got my bowl of popcorn at the ready whenever I pop in a disc! I recommend this set to anyone - Democrat, Republican and Independent - before or after the November election.

You a fan? You gotta have it! October 10, 2008
It is so much more than I expected. Each season comes in a "file" shaped folder and the set includes two books: an original script by Aaron Sorkin (pilot) and a full chapter guide. If you liked the series, you cannot buy another season separately: get the complete series.

Excellent Buy! September 16, 2008
I've only ever purchased TV shows by downloading them online, so this was my first purchase of the actual media and I'm very happy with it. This was a great way to package this series. Very elegant case with folders for each season inside. It's nice to have it all in one package instead of having to deal with 7 packages (one per season). Given the fact that this holds 7 season worth of shows, I think it was a great deal for the price. It uses a magnetic clasp to hold the lid closed which works perfectly for this case. Anyone who loves this series will be very happy with this collection.
