Customer Reviews: Hands on How To February 7, 2001 5 out of 5 found this review helpful If you eat and breath trademark applications on a daily basis, chances are you don't need this book, but if you are starting out with them, or use to work with them but now do so only occasionally, this is a fantastic resource. Bazerman and Drangel have done quite a job providing more than enough hand holding examples and formats to cover nearly all the bases from simple "Hello" letters to the clients, to detailed responses to the TM Examiners (Complete with relevant case law citations!). Simple form letter guide this is not, there is ample text and narration for how and why TM law exists and operates the way it does. Truly covering all aspects of involvement with TM's, this book is a handy reference. There are really only two drawbacks, and neither is truly critical. 1) there is very little about Domain Names, but then again this is a new frontier for TM/SM law. 2) The provided compute forms exampled in the book are overly simplistic in their formatting. By the time you whip them into shape you might just as well type them from scratch.

These items can be shipped only via Priority International Shipping and are subject to an import fees deposit.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs depend upon the method and option you choose.

If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.

If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
